Early Life

Danielle Bregoli is the real name of the rapper and social media personality with the stage name Bhad Bhabie.

She was born on the 26th of March, 2003. Her place of birth was in Boynton Beach, Florida.

Her parent’s names are Ira Peskowitz and Barbara Ann Bregoli. Her father, Ira, is Jewish while mother, Barbara, has Italian descent.

Her father worked as a deputy for the Sheriff’s office in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Her parents were together for a year before her mother became pregnant. However, they separated when Bregoli was just an infant.

Barbara her mother raised her up alone and became estranged from her father.  She was actually raised in a Catholic household.

 

Career Highlights

2016: Bregoli’s career started off when her mother Barbara Ann took her to a segment of Dr. Phil’s Talk Show.

This segment was titled “I Want To Give Up My Car-Stealing, Knife-Wielding, Twerking 13-Year-Old Daughter Who Tried To Frame Me for A Crime”.

At this talk show, Bregoli’s mother brought her to discuss her behavior which included stealing.

During discussions at the show, Bregoli becomes irritated at the studio audience for laughing at her. She then made the statement “Catch me outside, how about that?”  Which sounds like “Cash me ousside, how bout dah”.

It implied she challenges the audience for a fight outside the studio.

This catchphrase was used to create a meme and Bregoli became known as the “Cash me outside, Girl”.

2017: Bregoli’s popularity soared due to her response to the show. However, she returned as a guest to Dr. Phil’s in February of 2017. This time, there was no studio audience.

Her response to the show and the clip inspired a song recorded by DJ Suede The Remix God. This single entered the popular charts like the Billboard Hot 100, Streaming Songs, and Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs charts.

The song gained popularity as it also inspired the release of a series of dance videos uploaded to YouTube.

However, Bregoli and her mother sued three companies for using her signature catchphrase without her consent, thereby “infringing her intellectual property right”.

Bregoli was nominated for the coveted 2017 MTV Movie & TV Awards in the “Trending” category.

She was signed by music manager Adam Kluger against popular opinion.

She released her first song titled “These Heaux”. This song peaked at number 77 on the Billboard Hot 100.

At 14, she became the youngest female rap artist to debut on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart.

“These Heaux” was an instant success. This lead Atlanta Records to sign her for a multi-million dollar recording contract.

Bregoli remixed the songs “Roll in Peace” v and “From the D to the A” by Tee Grizzley and Lil Yachty respectively.

She also released a single titled “Hi Bitch” in September. This song was also an instant hit. It reached number 68 on the Billboard Hot 100.

“Whachu Know” and its music video were also released in September. This song received more than 3 million views within 24 hours.

In November, Bregoli released yet another song titled “I Got it”.

In December, she released a song in which she rapped about her past and especially about her appearance at Dr. Phil.

The song was titled “Mama Don’t Worry (Still Ain’t Dirty)”. She also released music video “Both of Em” that reechoed why she wanted to bury her past.

She collaborated with Asian Doll, Rich the Kid and MadeinTYO in the remix of her single “Hi Bich”.

2018: Bregoli featured Lil Yachty in her the new song she released to celebrate her birthday. This song was titled “Gucci Flip Flops”.

The RIAA certified her single “Hi Bich” gold in March, and in April she released another song titled “Who Run It”.

Bregoli embarked on her first tour in April. The tour was to North America and Europe. Singer Asian Doll accompanied her on the tour.

The music video of “Gucci Flip Flops” was released in May. The song surprisingly entered at number 80 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart.

Bregoli was nominated for the Best Female Rap Artist at the Billboard Music Award. Other nominees include Nicki Minaj and Cardi B.

She also released another song titled “Trust Me”. This single featured Ty Dolla Sign. A music video of “Trust Me” was released in July. Bella Thorne and Theo Von were featured in the video.

The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) certified her single “Gucci Flip Flops” Gold.

In September, Bregoli released a mixtape titled “15”. She later released the music videos of most of the tracks.

She later toured the west coast of the US and Australia/New Zealand as the third and fourth leg of the music tour respectively.

2019: In January, Bregoli released two singles titled “Babyface Savage” and “Bestie” both songs featured Tory Lanez and Kodak Black respectively.

Personal Life

Danielle Bregoli is just 16 years as at the time of writing this post. In August 2019, it was rumored she has begun dating rapper Lil Gotit.

She has been banned by the Spirit Airline for life after she punched a passenger in the face.

Bregoli has also been reported to feud with many artists and celebrities. These included social media personality Woah Vicky and Australian rapper Iggy Azalea.

Before her rise to prominence as a singer, she was actually sent to a ranch for “troubled teens” at Utah.

She has been arrested and charged for grand theft, marijuana possession and false filing of a police report.

She even pleaded guilty and was sentenced to five years’ in probation. However, the sentence ended in 2018 after she got a new lawyer.
