Twitter may soon tell you how many people saw your tweets

Twitter is testing a feature that would let users see how many people viewed a specific tweet. TheVerge received a tip from a user named Lydia J. Lydia sent a screenshot to TheVerge from the Twitter iOS app that showed how many people viewed her specific tweets. This may encourage users to become more active on Twitter.

Wow, Twitter is sure trying a lot of new things. I don’t mind this one but I hope they don’t eliminate the hashtags along the way as I’ve read. Twitter is my fav social network and I’ve always liked the fact that they didn’t make many changes like Facebook. Facebook would change things quicker than most people would change their underwear. Thanks for sharing this new one on Twitter.

I like it! Twitter reach will be quantifiable in a split second. Agreed with you Lisa; we want hashtags, and I feel myself getting rid of the @ reply could be a massive mistake too. Time will tell on each one of these developments….but overall I feel twitter is much more receptive to user preferences than FB, by far.

Yet another great feature with my lovely twitter. Well this ain’t a necessary feature but a helpful feature.

It will help business measure the CTR on links by themselves and thus check at which point of time the CTR is high to maximize the return next time they tweet.

I may not have huge follower’s but I am destined to, so I love twitter.
