Welcome to the seventh edition of our transparency report! In this series, I’m talking about everything going on at CodeinWP that’s interesting from a business perspective. I’m doing what I can to be transparent, share our current strategies, goings-on, wins and loses, and basically everything else that happens in our day-to-day. (Here are all the previous reports, if you want to check them out.) In this edition, I talk about everything that happened at CodeinWP in August 2015.

Hello Erik, what an interesting article, there was so much covered here.

Your title about the why team matters got me reading, LOL

I don’t have a premium theme or at least I don’t think I do, Sarah Arrow did hook me up, but it sure sounds like this Ionut Neagu knows what he is doing with them HUH?

So as far a s team work goes Yes I do agree that we should all be plugging into our teams training calls and events. No one should go it alone. This is the whole purpose of a TEAM Right?

    Great Share
    Thanks Chery :))

Well, its pretty cool to be reminded that teamwork still plays a major role in business success. The angle from which this has been taken in this post is something we all must stick with.

Being proactive is creativity, development and promotion is still a major factor for success. Teamwork is still key and doing it alone is just stress and could lead to frustration.

I like this “… instead of adapting to what’s going on right now, try adapting to what might be there in the future…” Its just a basic fact!

Conclusively, good to know of this transparency report for August. We simply are reminded that doing it alone is not always the best and hardwork plus some creativity eventually pays off.

Goodluck to the CodeinWP family in the coming months!

It’s a great share to read on how passion put to use in changing happened on WordPress market. The transparency report is a good read, enables us to know how a team is eager to give the best for WordPress users. It’s for sure not easy, yet, teamwork made it possible.

I believe bloggers or businesses must be transparent. Sharing the pros and cons will surely create strong rapport and trust.

Additionally, jobs or works like this necessitate us to do teamwork. Motivation, improved efficiency, better interpersonal skills are some of the reasons why teamwork is important.

    Great post all in all!
