    Hi Enstine,

I made my previous comment on the wrong page! I was reading too many things at the same time while doing writing web content at the same time LOL!

I agree with your points here, you are talking about multiple triggers here that can provoke reaction not only from your readers, fellow bloggers but also advertizes who are the final goal for a money making blogger.

I would you should use the shock treatment sometimes to spark a new waves in the minds of your readers. Cudjoe seems to do that regularly in his writing for which is why i like it so much.

Sometimes you just have to follow your instincts, and do what the heart feels :)

Enstine you totally explained in great details how one can improve his blog engagement and i totally agree with you in every step. The importance of site engagement cannot be over emphasized as Google has reiterated that time spent on a site can affect the site’s ranking and as such you must ensure to keep people longer enough on your site than that of your competitors.

When a visitor visits Site A and spends a minute or less and quickly visits Site B and spends 5 mins or more, Google will simply interpret it that Site B has more relevant to that keyword than Site A.

I will implement some of your tips and see how much more my site engagement can be improved even further. Thanks for sharing

    Hi Enstine,

A blog without engagement from other bloggers and other readers is a dead blog, so engagement is important, indeed.

Something I noticed in a lot of blogs I go to is that they don’t link very often to other blog posts of theirs. I’ve caught that even when they actually mentioned another blog post, and don’t link to it. Now what does it mean? I wonder.

Maybe they don’t know how to create that anchor text link, but I think that’s really a mistake, and any blogger should know how to do this and understand how important it it.

    Thanks for the reminder.

    Nice Explanation,
I am not familiar on these blog engaging, but what Ive seen is most of them who owns blog they comment regularly and read whole the article. This is only happening on SEO blogs

I always love to get comments on my blog, but I hate to write articles on blogging. In these days the more comments will be more sales for bloggers.

I get targeted traffic from Google and MSN , but few comments in a year.

I like the list you described, Well phrased sentences,, proper language, No popup, less advertising.

I am looking to get social share, but recently seen the commentluv premium plugin can do it.

Is their any other method we can get social shares without this plugin?
