    Hey Jackson,

Number 1, 12, 17 for sure, 18 and 20 if you can do it from the very beginning, are all things that I 100% agree with. Especially number 17, that’s just so important these days. Really like the post.

They are proven methods to build a good blog; the question remain if, to start, we have money to go pro with self hosted WordPress or buying domains! So, it may be recommended to start with a free system while you apply the other tips!

    Hi Jackson,

Man, I’m loving your blog and the articles you write here :) I’m back for more now!

Talking about the tips you shared to build a better blog, I must say that all the tips are useful in the journey of blogging. Following these tips religiously will help one’s blog thrive and excel.

I guess #1- choosing a niche one is really passionate about is the key! Because, ultimately, only passion will decide how much you care about that niche and how much knowledgeable you are!

Howver, I don’t wholly agree with point #6. Agreed that WordPress offers a platform where a blog can fly high. But I’ve had blogs with custom domains running on Blogger platform. They sure too earned me good revenue. :)

Then something I really recommend is #15- signing up for Google Analytics. This tool can be used to keep mark on progress made, targets met etc. Very handy indeed!

Enjoyed reading the post a lot!

I also agree that these are great tips, I do forget to build internal links when writing my posts and appreciate the reminder.

I have only been a guest blogger another blog once and she did put together an author byline for me. I do not have one on my blog and do see that a lot of bloggers have one. Perhaps this is something I need to look into.

    Great share.. Chery :))

Since I am still overwhelmed with the recent post I have read a while ago, I will put forward the tip about the blogging rules and Blogging etiquette. Following the rules and using the etiquette, you can build a better blog.

Number six “Go for Self hosted WordPress” is what I wanted to advise. Free version is great, but I must state a premium account is the best.
